Le Suite di Via Ottaviano Bed and Breakfast is located in a 19th century building in the heart of Rome. The hotel is whiting easy walking distance of many of the historic sites of the city. The hotel has Wi-Fi internet access and paid parking. One of the suites is a non smoking room and it is equipped with private whirlpool shower Jacuzzi.
In the suites you can rest magnificently because the mattresses and the pillows are in anti allergic latex anti mite the sheets are of refined woven percale, all in a pleasant, kind, and refined atmosphere.

The service was very goodYes, we expected a suite (suites offer more space and furniture than a basic hotel room; in addition to the standard bed and bedroom fixtures, a suite will typically add a living room, usually with a couch that folds into a bed.) as this was only one room with we were actually upset when we arrived. the hotel-staff was trying hard and successfully to make up for the disappointment.Julia Van Ittersum

I stayed only 1 night instead of the intended 4 nights as the hotel is really not as good as announced on the website. it is certainly not 5 star and the rooms are very very crampy. the quality of the furniture is poor. everything is there but than everything is said. very disappointing.Mrs Brockway

The place is in a fantastic location, the rooms are lovely and the security of the building was very high. the owner angelo was extremely nioe and very helpful. the rooms were very well acommodated with everything you need. i will be going back to this place in august and would definately recommend this place to everyone.NoAnonymous

The hotel location was great, five minutes walk from the vatican. the rooms were small, but comfy and spotless.As mentioned in other reviews, this is not a hotel and does not have a reception. we had the windows open at night and the trams and buses that drove pass on the road below kept me awake.Anonymous

Excellent locationThe hotel information was deceptive. the rooms were not 'suites' and it was not a hotel. it was 4 rooms on one floor of the picture and they were not open on arrival. we had to stay somewhere else on the first night too as they were double booked. not good. this should have been a special occasion for my parents who made the best of it but it was really disappointing.Anonymous

Very nice hotal staff, very kind & freindly and middle class italian quarter - excellent location for sites and shopping facilities. room was exactly as shown on website. staff recommended good places to eat. we would definitely go back again and stay there.Little overpriced as it was more a bed and breakfast than a 4 star hotel. breakfasts are very basic - not hot food and deleivered to your room, no dining area. Staff very friendly and willing to help out with anything. the food was decent and what you would expect from a place small business. the room was unbelievably clean--spotless!I had to pay cash because the credit card machine was not working, though that seems to be common in italy. also, the place really isn't a hotel, it's more of a bed & breakfast on one floor.
