Description
The Bed & Breakfast Momi is centrally located in Rome, in the Esquilino area, near Termini railway station and the magnificent Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica.
The B&B is therefore perfectly placed to easily reach any attraction in and around the city. Its vicinity to the main railway station also provides quick access to trains leaving for all major Italian and European towns as well as for the airport.
The property is located in a typical late 19th century Umbertino style building, now fully renovated.
The B&B has two double rooms, one twin and one quadruple bedroom, all with private bathroom.
The accommodations are furthermore equipped with air conditioning, colour TV, and heating. Hairdryers are available on request.

The hotel was fantastic, we found it easy as momi emailed me with a map before we arrived. they emailed me with the attached picture of room that we stayed. it was lovely room and good clean. the hotel was very safe and secure. good location too as its near collsseum about 15 mins walk. we def would recommend this hotel to my relavites and frineds. hotel staffs were very friendly and caring, they advised us to go on the bus tour, going to vatican.we had a brilliant time in rome for 4 days!

Momi is convienantly located near a metro station. the breakfast is good and they have a fridge in which you can freeze your water bottle (very helpful in the heat).they have decorated the b&b very nicely, with all rooms having a different theme. all in all, they have everything you need for a short stay in rome. The area it is located in is not the best, however the price you pay makes up for that. if you request a double room, please specify you want a double bed, we got a double bed that consisted of 2 singles put together, the crack in the middle was not comfortable ! We received a good welcome. the room was very pleasant - very clean and niceley decorated. the air conditioning worked well. breakfast was self service, with plenty providedThe taxi which they had organised to collect us from the airport was not there. there were a lot of stairs to climb to get to the b&b. there was a sort of lift but it looked very rickety so we did not use it.Jason Coupland

As this was an apartment, it made life easier to come and go as you please. the room had good facilities, plenty of room for a family of 4. close to metro station, good kitchen facilities.Hard to find as no b&b sign outside, b&b shared with other residents in an apartment block, sometimes lots of noise. the room was not the quadruple we booked, but a family room, which was less impressive.Yvona Smrkovska

Habitacion muy espaciosa y limpia, el desayuno genial, la hospitalidad de sus dueÑos estupenda,... parece que estabas en tu propia casa. recomiendo este hotel a todo el mundo que quiera pasar unos dias en roma en un hotel sencillo pero muy limpio y agradable.El barrio en el que estÁ no da una impresion muy buena aunque nosotras eramos 4 chicas y no hemos tenido ningun problema, ahora bien tampoco hemos llegado al hotel a horas demasiado tarde.Mark Emmerson

Hotel location is quite good and close to public transport and shops, where you could buy grocery items if you wish to prepare your meal. very handy for a family if your on your budget. the host always try to helpfull besides have difficulty in english language.Marina Hery

This was an ideal place to stay 10 minutes from colloseum. the apartment had 4 beds, 1 double, separate kitchen and bathroom. so ideal for a family. 2 minute walk to the metro.We did ask the momi bed and breakfast to pick us up from the airport which they decided not to but did not let me know. so this was a down for us. next time i would just get the bus[terrvision]Mrs G Hutchinson

We had a very pleasant stay - our host was fantastic, from the airport pick up and warm welcome to the arrangements for our departure. we found everything to be very inviting and good value - we stayed in the apartment which meant we could cook there if necessary, ideal if you have a family. hotel is close to tube (although rome network is basic) and trams / buses. top tip - get a bus map !! The poeple that run the hotel couldnt have been any nicer and more helpfull. as it was only a small b+b (three rooms i think) it felt vary homley and welcoming Dificult to find but as they sent a v good map it wasnt that hard Caryn Hoffstedt

Very nice place. clean, well decorated. liked the kitchen amenities. comfortable. well located near subway and park. It's not really negative--just a few things you need to know before staying here. no one from the hotel is available in the afternoon, evening so if a problem arises it can be difficult. there is no phone and use of internet was limited to the morning when the hotel person is available. also, the floors are tile so very cold--bring slippers.
