By car:
From the Grande Raccordo Anulare ring road, connected to all the main incoming highways, exit at Salaria and follow indications towards the Centro (city-centre). Proceed along via Salaria for around 10 km until it intersects with via Pinciana. Turn into via Pinciana and drive alongside Villa Borghese for around 1 km. Parking is recommended at the garage located next to the Villa Borghese entrance (€12,00 euro per day). From there, an escalator is available to take you to Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps) which lies within metres of the Town House Suite.
By train:
From Termini railway station, you can either take a taxi or the metro, underground line A, direction Battistini, and get off at Piazza di Spagna stop. The property lies only 200 metres from the underground station. (price metro ticket: EUR 1)
By airplane:
From Fiumicino-Leonardo da Vinci airport, take the Leonardo Express train to Termini railway station, then take underground line A to Spagna.
From Ciampino airport, take the bus to Anagnina, then underground line A to Spagna.

The hotel was in a very convenient location and it was always easy to find our way around to the main attractions. the air conditioning was a blessing in such hot temperatures.
Unfortunately the laptop provided in the hotel room was so slow that internet use was impossible throughout our stay. we were also a little disappointed at the lack of any english channels on the tv.Anonymous

Spotlessly clean. service and staff very good. continental breakfast served in room was good and always at the time requested. hotel is centrally located in relation to visiting many of the main attractions in rome. we would have no problem in staying in this hotel on a return visit to rome.As there were two children with us, the room was a little bit cramped for space.Anonymous

Fantastic location - within walking distance of spanish steps, trevi fountain and ancient rome - and it's right in the middle of the shopping district too! we had an amazing view from our room which was spacious, clean and newly refurbed. marta, who works on the front desk couldn't have been nicer - she was sweet, funny and very helpful and made us feel welcome and at home. would definitely stay there again.Very minor quibbles really - breakfast wasn't up to much; coffee/tea, juice and a couple of bread rolls but it was served in the room which was nice (but do remember to order it the night before) the reception was in another building on the 3rd floor and currently doesn't have an elevator (fine for us but maybe something to bear in mind) the entrance to the hotel is very low-key and poorly signed - there's no way we would have found it without our cab driver having sat nav.Anonymous

Difficult really the entire experience was a shockerThe reception is in a different building to the rooms and there are masses of stairs to negotiate (lift does not articulae with floors or go to the ground floor) appeals for assistance with bags was rejected by porter. they changed the locks without telling me which was very concerning. the breakfast was in the room, a cup of hot water for a tea bag and 2 rolls and jam.the room (double) was so small it was hard to get around the bed once the case was open. it was pretty grim reallyJens

The staff were fantastic and so helpful. location was very good although directions could have been clearer as the hotel is not well signed from the street. the breakfast was disappointing (two breadrolls & a hot drink). advert'd satelilte tv, but only one english channel. the rooms were lovely. but in all i would stay there again. value for money was very good.Karlene Cobbley

Clerk was very helpful, spoke a little english which helped us americans. charged us 20 euros for additional 5th person whno slept on the floor! was close to spanish steps, but not really worth the price especially on a week day and really had to look to find hotel.Room was cramped with 4 small beds, shower was small for americans with little water pressure. couldn't use the compuer to send an e-mail. Clean, close to city centreSome staff were rude and unhelpful, equipment did not work and there was no effort to remedy it, place was like a building site with no lift and 5 flights if stairs to climb, the staff also advised that unless you actually asked for breakfast you did not get it, however, they did not tell you that at the time of booking in at reception, so the first you knew that you were not getting breakfast was when you did not get it. i would not stay there again or recommend anyone else to. probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed in !!!!!!!!!!Mrs Depa Patel

They provide a laptop with free internet access in your room, which meant we could research where to go while we were in rome. the room was decorated well in deep reds, and the bathroom had a lovely shower, front desk staff were helpful, location was good, right next to the shopsThe room was very dark and small, the breakfast is rubbish.Anonymous

Lo mejor del hotel es su privilegiada situación, lo céntrico que es, pueden visitarse los principales lugares a pie,plaza españa, panteón ,fontana de trevi,..., tiene una estación de autobuses justo en la esquina que te permite llegar al coliseo, foro,termini,... en muy poco tiempo.nosotros estuvimos una semana con nuestros dos hijos y disfrutamos mucho de la estancia. la habitación cuadruple tenia un televisor de 42" (con un canal en español,otro en alemán y varios en italiano) y un ordenador portatil con conexión a internet, el aseo no es muy grande, no tiene bañera, pero sí ducha con hidromasaje.el personal de recepción es muy amable y atento, y el servicio de habitaciones bueno,y la limpieza tambien. el hotel no tiene comedor, por eso te sirven el desayuno en la habitación, tipo italiano: leche, café, chocolate, zumo, tostadas con mantequilla y mermelada..., si quieres algo especial puedes pedirlo la noche anterior.El hotel está situado en un segundo piso de un edificio, sin recepción abajo . cuando nosotros llegamos, la puerta estaba cerrada, y el interior en obras.la impresión no fué buena. creimos que nos habían tomado el pelo cuando vimos que teníamos que subir hasta el primer piso cargados con las maletas (y con la lengua fuera),donde encontramos un pequeño ascensor que nos subió al tercer piso,y a pie volver a bajar con las maletas al segundo.
el no tener un ascensor directo fué una gran pena, sobre todo cuando por la noche llegábamos muy cansados y había que "arrastrarse" subiendo la escalera.Anonymous
