Description
The Morpheus Residence is housed on the fourth floor of a building near the Viminale complex and is accessible by lift. The hotel is situated in the centre of Rome, 1 km from the Colosseum and a short walk from the main Termini Railway Station. So it will be very easy to reach roman's main attraction by feet or by metro.
All of our rooms are provided with: private bathroom/shower, hair-dryer,
color TV, telephone, air conditioning, frigobar, safety-box.

Residenza Morpheus is an extraordinary compromise of elegance and comfort, situated in one of the eldest, most characteristic parts of Ancient Rome:Rione Monti (10 min. walk from the Colosseum).
It is recently renovated and since the 1st of February 2008 with a new management.
Because of the excellent position, all main sights of interest in the historic centre are within easy reach, both on foot and by public transportation: Colosseum,Trevi Fontain, Roman Forum, Navona Square, Spanish Steps, Veneto Street,Vatican City. Residenza Morpheus is also located within walking distance from the Termini railway station, between Piazza della Repubblica and Piazza S. Maria Maggiore.
How to reach the hotel?Coming by train:
From Termini railway station you can walk directly to the B&B in only 5 minutes following of Morpheus B&B direction or if you can take the Metro Line "A" direction "San Pietro" and get off at the first stop "Repubblica". From the metro way out the B&B is at 200 m.
From Fiumicino Airport you can take the direct train to Termini Central Station. Once you arrived to the Central Station you can walk directly to the B&B in only 5 minuts following the MorpheusB&B direction or if you prefer you can take the Metro Line "A" direction "San Pietro" and get off at the first stop "Repubblica". From the metro way out the B&B is at 200 m.
From Ciampino Airport you can take shuttle service from Airport to the Metro line A (Anagnina-Battistini) and get off at the stop "Repubblica".

Very friendly staff, spoke a number of languages well. were able to give detailed information about the area, restaurants, sights etc.
good breakfast, brought to our room at whatever time we wanted it each morning.

Excellent staff, very friendly. breakfast was brought to your room. very clean, good location. The price was a bit high, but considering it was in rome, it was quite a good value. also, the double beds were two twin beds pushed together, so it was quite uncomfortable at night. Carole French

The ease with which the hotel was to the sights.I read all the reviews so my expectations were not high. i think for the location it was worth it, the room itself was not worth 90 euros. i slept on a couch! that was the bed. Anonymous

La ubicación es ideal. en una calle tranquila, pero a la vez muy cerca de la via nazionale, donde pasan muchos buses, y de la plaza reppublica, donde hay metro, y a 5 minutos a pie de termini. el centro de roma no es muy grande y se puede llegar a pie a todos los puntos de interés turístico. te llevan el desayuno en la habitación.Anonymous

Sa localisationHôtel assez bruyant car le couloir fait aussi salon et les portes ferment mal, le personnel fume dans les locaux. eviter à tout prix la chambre 7 dont la fenêtre, qui ouvre sur un couloir qui lui même ouvre sur la chambre, ne mesure pas plus de 10 par 80 cm. de toute évidence trop cher pour la prestation.Anonymous

Le bon accueil des différents concierges.Le bruit dès 7h du matin devant la porte de la chambre car la préparation du petit déjeuner se fait dans le couloir!!

Goede locatie om de stad tebezichtigen bus en metro haltes op loop afstand goed te doen. kamer voor 4 personen was niet groot maar netjes en eigen toilet en douche. ontbijt was goed werd op de kamer gebracht.
