The Palazzetto degli Artisti was created from a new concept of hospitality that combines modern comforts and an innovative spirit in an atmosphere of ancient beauty.
The building was constructed at the beginning of the nineteenth century in the heart of ancient Rome, in a very carateristic historical quarter at the foot of the Forum (between Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum). On the top floor of the buiding there is a roof top where guests will admire a breath-taking view of the lights, roman ruines and the domes of barocque churches.
All of the hotel's suites have been uniquely decorated in a minimalistic fashion, and each has a view of the Roman Forum. Guests who visit the hotel for the first time are captivated and look forward to returning. The hotel's staff aims to make all guests feel thoroughly at home and completely relaxed.

The hotel is in an ideal location for exploring rome's sights. the staff speak excellent english and are extremely helpful - nothing was too much bother for them.It was clear that the hotel is very new and there were a few minor cosmetic details still to be ironed out (for example, the reception office is not yet completed, although this does not prevent the staff providing an excellent service), some skirting boards etc are unfinished. the only downside to our room was the shower which was not very powerful. also, not all rooms have a view of the imperial forums as stated on their website.Anonymous
