If you can get past the first impressions of the hotel (the entrance is via a battered old green barn door on a small side street), then you will find a fantastic, friendly, boutique hotel, in an incredible, central location. rooms were clean, bathrooms spotless and well equipped. we'd definitely use this hotel again as a base for a visit to rome.Anonymous

Reception when we got there was superb, we did get someone who spoke excellent english, so i suppose that helped! room was brilliant especially because it was exceptionally clean and tidy. excellent positon as well.The only negative was that it was incredibly hard to find-that could of been explained better.Firth

Very clean, lovely little hotel and our room was very spacious. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location could not be better; we felt very much in the heart of activity being close to good restaurants, shops on via de corso and having all the historical attractions within walking distance. For us there was nothing negative - but some people may want to note that the hotel reception is reached by three flights of stairs (with no lift). however, the hotel is worth the effort!Anonymous

Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff. taxi service from the airport was welcomed as it would have been very difficult to find the hotel otherwise.Lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room.
the lift was broken when we arrived and there was four flights of stairs to climb with our bags.

We loved the pantheon inn and the staff was amazing!! our main problem was you ...easy to book because when we arrived they did not even have a reservation for us and had to put is in their sister hotel which was nice but not the location we desired..it was the pantheon inn that made up for your mistake and it was a great stay with them and would return in a heartbeat to stay at the pantheon inn.No..absoluetly not!Claire Phillips

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and in a fantastic location. staff helpful.They had to put us in their sister hotel the 1st night as they 'had some problems'. the hotel was miles away and was not very nice. they tried to charge us the same amount as the pantheon!Anonymous

Excellent night manager (ricky) was a great help in everything we wanted to do. location was fantastic, walkable to all attraction. 20mins to vatican which was the furthest away.
if booking the room, the quad and the suite are both the same room, so book the cheaper, the quad.The hotel is exceptionally difficult to find when you arrive. there is only a small door sign and you must look for the number 57 on the wall to find the door!Cameron Meizer
