From Rome Fiumicino Airport: Take the Leonardo Express train for Roma Termini. From Stazione di Termini continue as described in the "By train" paragraph.
From Rome Ciampino Airport: Take the Terravision shuttle for Roma Termini (arrival on Via Marsala 22), and then from Piazza dei Cinquecento, in front of Stazione Termini, and then take bus number 90 or number 36 (see the "By train" paragraph").
By train:
From Piazza dei Cinquecento, across from Stazione Termini, take bus number 90 or 36 (get off at the Via Carlo Fea stop). Continue walking along Via Nomentana and turn right to Via Carlo Fea.
By car:
From the highways, get on the Grande Raccordo Anulare (Rome's ring road) and take exit 8 "Via Salaria-Parioli" or, from Roma-L'Aquila A24, take exit 14, and follow directions for the center "Piazza Fiume" and/or "Corso Italia". Travel the whole length of Via Nomentana, before crossroad Via 21 Aprile, turn right to Via Carlo Fea.
You can also take exit 11 "Nomentana centro". Travel the whole length of Via Nomentana, until Crossroad Via 21 Aprile. Turn left to Via Carlo Fea and you will arrive at the Hotel.
By metro:
From “Termini Station” take subway B up to “Bologna” stop. Walk for 500 metres reaching Via Carlo Fea.

I like the area, it is decent and quiet, kind of convenient to access to the public transportation, the front desk staff are absolutly friendly and helpful.
I was a little bit surprised to hear the loud music and singing one evening during my stay, i guess there was a birthday party held in the back garden, just if they are not that loud it would be better.Anonymous

We liked the hotel very much, it is located a little out of the centre but in this occasion it was just what we needed, only 500m from a good bus stop and bologna metro station. the hotel staff were very helpful, even at 6.30 am when we were going on a tour, we were offered coffee and a

Beautifully appointed hotel in a lovely part of rome. small and friendly with a very elegant room. the food and breakfast service was excellent. the metro into the city centre is only a 10 minute walk away with a number of bars/shops on the way and a great little restaurant just down the road.We asked for a quiet room on an upper floor. the room we had was in the basement with no natural light but at least it was quiet. the male reception staff were friendly but on arrival we had to struggle with our cases to the room with no help at all and our last morning they forgot our alarm call which had we not already been awake would have proved disastrous. the breakfast room was small and did become crowded when busyVickie J Hutton

The hotel is very tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. the staff were friendly and informative. the hotel is just within walking distance of the main attractions (about 2 km), or alternatively bologna underground station is about 500m away. it was nice to escape the crowds at the end of the day.There were few restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. we were told to call a number for room service, but there was no menu in the room so we gave that a miss.
the door to our room was just off the reception area and opposite the bar with the coffee machine so it was very noisy in the morning when people were checking in and out and having breakfast. Anonymous

Staff were very friendly with good english. the breakfast was excellent. very fresh and lots of choice. fantastic decor and good facilities too. it was also nice being just off the main drag but within close distance of the bologna metro and main roads into rome itself. the bathroom was stunning. best shower i've had on holiday in a long time. comfy beds too. all in all very nice indeed.Better directions to the metro would have been nice as the hotel is 'just off' most maps. leave the hotel, turn left and go straight across the main juction before turning right. you can't miss it. it's only a five minute walk though which was good. that said if that's all i've got to complain about i think it shows how good the hotel is. enjoy!Anonymous

The staff were wonderful, the room was very good, clean and comfortable. it was a bit of a way out of the city centre, maybe a 40 min walk, three stops on the subway, but we preferred that, good, safe, neighbourhood, outta the way of the tourist trap, with shops and restaurants nearby, perfect!! no negatives except that we had to leave!!! thank youMrs Anne Irvine

Our room was nice and modern with a lovely shower room and very clean. we found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful.When we got there late at night we discovered that the hotel had double booked the room for that night and we had to go by taxi to another of their hotels for the night. it wasn't so nice as the torlonia and to be honest i wasn't best pleased and feel we should have been compensated in some way but nothing was offered so that was noted! i had booked the room a couple of months back and to find it double booked wasn't good. if i ran a hotel and that had happened i would have given the first night free to ensure my guests would return if coming back to rome but hey maybe thats just me. Hotel great - well appointed, modern, very clean and staff are lovely (particularly wael). there have been some remarks about it being situated out of town but we found this fine as the buses (numbers 36 and 90) run every 5-10 minutes to and from the city centre and you're far enough out for it not to be too noisy. i would recommend this hotel to honeymooners, mature travellers, couples/romantics and business travellers.Not really - the restaurant wasn't up and running but there was a great restaurant just down the road so it wasn't a problem.Michael James D. We loved the room, and the staff were friendly and helpful, on our first night we needed milk for the babies, and a litre was provided immediately and without charge. the breakfast staff were very frienly and didn't mind having 2 toddlers running riot at breakfast! For some reason we were expecting a bath in the 'bathroom' but there are only 2 rooms in the entire hotel with a bath.Francis Westhead

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for four nights, and i have no complaints. the staff were very friendly/helpfull and spoke good english. the room was really nice and good value for money, as was the breakfast. the hotel is a short walk to the metro and there is a supermarket to the rear of the hotel which was helpfull. definitely recommend this hotel.The hotel bar was fine, but i couldnt understand why any bottle of wine was 60 euro's!!! it was a good job i asked before i ordered.William Corey

Nice decor. lovely looking hotel.We had several problems with the hotel. our room electric lock did not work and it took three days for the hotel to fix. our sheets did not get changed, pillowcases did not get changed, bathroom supplies did not get replaced. the room was very loud, right in the lobby between a bar, front desk and breakfast area, and luggage storage area. twice during our stay there were people's luggage blocking our door when we tried to leave, and once even people were sitting on the ground in front of our door with their bags open. several attempts to communicate with the front desk to fix our lock, clean our room, and other issues were treated with a poor attitude, as if they were not interested with us at all. the front desk staff was very unhelpful, and fully disinterested in the customers. if we did not have a very cheap internet price, this hotel would have been totally unacceptable, and we would have left to find another.
