The Principessa Tea Hotel is a 1940s era building, half a kilometre from the famous Spanish Steps and close to major attractions in the historic centre of Rome.
The Hotel has 40 rooms, each with a private shower/bathroom, air conditioning, Fridge/bar, satellite Tv strongbox, hairdryer, telephone, Bar, conference Room.
Parking on request from 25Euro to 45Euro.
The Hotel is undergoing renovation working. Works start at 08:00hr and ends at 17:00hr

Location and staff were very good.
The noise of the elevator was very unpleasant.
