The bed and Breakfast "Relais La Maison" offers a charming, refined, quiet ambience together with a distinguished and sophisticated decor. Moreover, our ideal location will prove to be invaluable during your stay in Rome. The B&B is just a brief stroll away from to Spanish Steps, the Coliseum, the Roman Forum, Via Veneto, Via Condotti and many foreign embassies.
You can take advantage of a true link between two aspects of Rome: Tourism and business. The B&B retains the splendor of its original architectural forms and gives a fresh breath of life to the art of living. Recently restructured, "Relais La Maison" stands out for its unique qualities and welcoming atmosphere. Ensuring our guests well-being, comfort and satisfaction is the cornerstone of our service.
In this non-smoking B&B there is a daily cleaning service and a change of the linen of the bedroom and the bath are every 3 days, (it is possible upon request to carry out the change linen every day, to an extra price of 10,00 euro). Free coffee and tea making facilities are available in the breakfast area, where there also is a fridge with water, fruit juice, yogurt, butter, milk and others.
The charming surroundings, selected furnishings and careful attention to detail make each room special. Staying at "Relais La Maison" is a dream holiday where guests can enjoy true, traditional hospitality in a Deluxe environment. A paid car park is within walking distance from the B&B, as well as self-service laundry or dry cleaning, an Internet- Point, Telephone Boxes, national and international telephonic centres, photocopy and fax service.

The Bed and breakfast is centrally located with many monuments, historic places and several entertainment facilities nearby. Also the Public Transports connections ( bus, taxi and underground) are nearby. Besides that, many restaurants, wine bars, gastronomies, rotisseries, pubs, snack bars, the cinema, theatres, shops, banks, post office, pharmacist, minimarket and supermarket are within walking distance.
The B&B has agreements for conducted tours, city tours and sightseeing of wonderful places in Italy (Art City and sea), agreements with restaurants and taverns with typical foods of Rome (lunch, dinner) and agreements with agencies to hire cars and motorcycles.
There are 3 important churches nearby:
S.Maria degli Angeli in front of the station (built by Michelangelo Buonarroti), S.Maria Maggiore (4th century) that you can see from the breakfast area, and S.Pietro in Vincoli, where you can visit one of the most important sculptures the "Moses" by Michelangelo.

How to reach the hotel?By airplane:
From to the Airport of “Fiumicino”:
From to the International Airport “Leonardo da Vinci” (Fiumicino) every thirty minutes there is a shuttle train (called Air-Terminal "Leonardo Express"). At the end of platform 24, at the Ferrovie Laziali terminal, "Leonardo Express" is the direct train that links the station with the airport in 30 minutes. Ticket costs EUR 8.78. It links the airport with the Termini station (300 metres from B&B).
From to the Airport of “Ciampino”:
Via train and bus: Bus service CO.TRA.L. links the airport with the Ciampino station. Here the train leaves from the station every fifteen minutes and it arrives to the Termini station (300 metres from B&B).
There is also a shuttle bus service available from Ciampino Airport called Terravision Service.
By train:
Termini station offers train connections all over Italy. We are 3 minutes walk from the station. It has access to all the underground lines (A + B) and it is the main bus changing point in Rome. A private car park (at an additional cost) is located 100 metres from the B&B.
Termini is the central station of Rome, all the trains, bus and Air terminal arrive here.
All the public tranports are at 1 minute walk (Metro and Bus) from the hotel.

Location close to(metro)and train station. not too far to walk for someone who does not walk alot. room cleaned and vaccumed daily. nice to have coffee and tea available at all hours. Difficult finding the place as there is no signage on the street indicating the b&b is actually on the 5th floor of the same building as the hotel guillano. we came by taxi and thought we were checking into the wrong place. We are very pleased with the hotel, easy to find and near all facilities. it was new and clean. If i must complain.... the breakfast was not what we are used to in sweden. no fibers at all, only calories. it could have been som ham, cheese and vegetables to put on the sandwich, instead of nutella and marmelade.Anonymous

I only have positive things to say about this beautiful b&b! the service was impeccable, i even recieved an email before my departure from the uk to make sure my room was ready for my arrival time & that i was greeted when i arrived. the staff were fantastic, offering us an excellent map on which they had marked the hotel & a few restaurant reccomendations. the also gave us invaluable inside knowledge about taxi's & what buses to catch . . . and which to not! (the number 64 - pickpocket express, if you're interested!) our rooms were large & immaculate, minimalist design, finished to an extremely high standard. the bathroom was also fantastic, with a great gimicky jacuzzi shower! lovely after a long day of sight seeing :)
breakfast's were relaxed & in very comfortable surroundings, with a beautiful view of saint maria maggiore. they also provide a tea/coffee machine for use 24hrs a day and put water & juice in our room's fridge daily, all free of charge. a nice change from many hotels were you are additionally charged for every minute extra of your stay! the location was brilliant, many restaurants & bars very close at hand. also take the time to browse the boutiques down the little side streets which are fab. also if you are arriving at termini, which most buses/trains do, then it is a very quick walk to the hotel. you can easily stroll to the colluseum/trevi fountain/spanish steps. no-where is really to far to walk from the hotel, we even managed the vatican city on one day. overall it was a great place to come back to at the end of a wonderful day walking around beautiful rome. my friend & i felt like it was our own apartment. a fantastic way to see rome. highly reccomended!Paul Wright

On arrival at the hotel the staff and owner of the hotel were so welcoming and helped us with places to visit. the room looked nice but the photo didnt do it justice it was lovely and very clean. the hotel was quite near alot of tourist attractions and also near the undergound and bus terminal. would definitely use the hotel again it was very comfortable.Can not think of anything negative, only a minor point that continental breakfasts are quite basic.Anonymous

The location gave superb easy access to all the major sites and the termini - we couldn't believe how easy to get about. the accomodation was excellent - spotlessly clean, decorations were stylish and of good quality. rooms and reception area provided free drinks. staff were friendly and helpful. although there were no other facilities in the hotel, this was not a problem for us as we were not interested in those things - we prefer to go out and visit the sights then come back to a lovely clean, comfortable roomNothing negative at all. would be helpful if there was a sign on the wall outside the hotel as we didn't originally find the hotel - the name was just on a push button at the side of the wall. the sign outside was for a different hotel in the same building so we just walked past it at first.
