This was our first time to rome everything about it was brilliant would definitely visit again. the staff were very friendly gave excellent information on visiting places were to go how to get there etc. loved having breakfast in our room.

Hotel in good location for sites in rome. breakfast in room excellent. can be a bit noisy in front of hotel but we enjoyed that as it gave us the full impression of a busy city. staff pleasant and informative about buses and location of all the monuments. would definately go back again.

The main positive from my stay was the staff. very friendly and welcoming, went out of their way to help us and informed us of the best ways to get round the city and where to go.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. air conditioning was wonderful. hotel staff were the best we've had, extremely eager to help and very knowledgeable. breakfast was delivered to our room every morning at exactly the time we asked.

Mr gabriel and staff are so accomodating its unbelievable!breakfast delevered daily, suggestions about touring rome, clean rooms ...very nice considering only a few rooms available.clean comfortable beds clean b room small but good value.staff of goes out of there way like nothing i have seen!

Loved our stay here. ramil couldn't do enough for us whilst we were there. lovely fresh, comtemporary, clean room with tiny yet perfectly formed bathroom (always my biggest issue is the cleanliness of hotel bathrooms and this one was really clean and fresh!) loads of complimentary things in the room and bathroom (toothbrushes, shower caps, shower gels etc) which i didn't expect. reasonably priced mini bar also in room and great tv/sky coverage. really beautiful, tree lined shopping street that it was on, so when crossing back over the tiber to walk home, we had some interesting things to see on our road (i prefered this to being on a quiet back street with nothing around us). traffic noise wasn't a problem though, even though our window overlooked the main road as the double glazing did it's job and we had air con to stop the room getting too hot. housed in a gorgeous old building with caged glass elevator and atrium courtyard so felt like you were stepping into an old film! also, the building was about only 5 minutes walk from lepanto metro stop, so that made airport transfer easier and the number 81 bus which stops more or less outside was handy for getting across town to the colloseum. overall - delighted with the whole experience and well worth the mid range price tag. would recommend it and would stay there again myself if i ever got the chance to go back to rome!

Nice room, pleasant staff, convenient location. everything their ad said it would be.

Very helpful staff. good position for sightseeing,near bus and metro, althought we prefered to walk everywhere. good breakfast. tea, coffee making facilities would have been a bonus.lovely clean warm room, with air contioning if required.we had a quiet room -rome is a busy noisy city but at least we were able to sleep well. alarm clock available should you need it. use of an in-room safe was an unexpected bonus. lots of eating places nearby. beware the ice cream parlour opposite ! we couldn't resist !

The staff-ie ramil were exceptionally helpful. he provided a map & directions to sites of interest & local restuarants & was always ready to assist with any requests

The staff were really warm and friendly. they were very knowledgeable as to where to get buses, trains etc. bathroom was very clean and tidy with towels changed every day.

The location of this accomodation is excellent. the welcome and assistance we received from the staff whilst we stayed was both friendly, nothing was too much trouble and their local information and assistance with airport transfers erc - made our time in rome most enjoable and relaxing, we particularly liked being able to come and go as we pleased. we will certainly use this accomodation again.

Great location. only 5 mins walking distance to vatican city and nearest underground stop. very clean and safe area. staff is perfect, very helpful and friendly. excellent breakfast service to the room every morning. rooms are clean and comfortable. very nice view from room window. it is definitely the best hotel for this price. strongly recommended.
