The Residenza Frattina is a small hotel situated in the centre of Rome and within easy walking distance of many of the historical sites.
Located on a street with a distinctive Roman atmosphere embracing a building dating back to 1700, this hotel is cast in the heart of Rome. The hotel is rich with history and located between the Fountain of Trevi and the Spanish Steps as well as the world famous boutiques on Via Condotti and Via del Corso.

Very friendly welcome. arranged car to collect us from port of civitavecchia and to airport next day. this was a considerable saving and much less hassle than taking the option provided by the cruise line. made tea for us upon arrival whilst waiting for the room. (we arrived early) excellent "continental" breakfast inc ham, cheeses, eggs, croissants, breads and conserves. fantastic location near all designer shops and within short walking distance of spanish steps, trevi fountain, pantheon and piazza novona. hotel decor is very smart traditional with antique style sofas and chairs in lounge and breakfast room. good air conditioning unit operated by remote control.
Difficult to spot. the sign is small and about 30ft above ground level. no lift and there are four flights of steps to the hotel reception which is on the second floor. room was small and en-suite shower room a "tight squeeze" for a larger person.Watt

L'accoglienza è stata ottima, il personale attento e disponibile, la posizione strategica in quanto ubicato in una delle zone di maggiore fascino di roma, vicino alle mete turistiche più importatnti ed alla stazione metro che consente di raggiungere rapidamente anche quelle più lontane.
le stanze sono molto curate, vengono forniti gli accappatoi, il salotto di uso comune è particolarmente bene arredato. l'ultimo giorno ci è stato consentito comunque di potere lasciare in deposito le valigie ed utilizzare gli spazi comuni, usufruendo così di fatto di una ulteriore giornata nella città prima della partenza e di una piccola sosta di riposo.
