By car: Take Exit nr. 1 from the G.R.A. - Via Aurelia - direction city centre and once in Piazza Irnerio continue. After the entry of the Vatican Museums turn left by Leo IV, continue on Via della Giuliana and turn left in Via Bu Meliana, where the B&B is located.

We were directed to have breakfast across the road at a local cafe, however on our first morning this was not open(sunday), so we were without breakfast. also the description of our room did not match. we had no bath and no telephone, also no internet connection as describedAnonymous

You rooms are very plush and comfortable and there is air conDifficult to find because the road is so short and does not appear on city maps, no indication in advance that the rooms are in an apartment, you need 4 keys to get from the road to the room, breakfast comprises only a coffee and a pastry from a bar 300m away across a busy road, nobody speaks english, the telly only has bbc world in english (sat tv is advertised) the bathroom had a horrible drains smell...need i go on?Anonymous

Good location & very close to metro station & vatican area.False advertising as booking said breakfast was included, however they had no restaurant or catering facilities at all, just a mini bar. also said there would be a hairdryer which there wasn't so also an inconvenience.Percic

Newly refurbished and very comfortable. the staff where very friendly and the hotel is in a good location with a number of nice restaurants within easy reach by foot.The two people on reception didn't speak much english, but were very friendly and we all muddled through ok.

This is an excellent b& b. but, it really difficult to locate this b& b for the first time. it look us more than 1 hour to locate this b& b. it is better to inform how to reach the hotel form the metro station...Cumming

The room was beautiful and very new. the breakfast in the bar was very nice. the hotelemployees were very kind. the location is close to the metro, which is very convenient to visit the famous sites in the city. it is also located close to vatican city and nice bars and restaurants. excellent location for a great price!There was not always someone at the frontdesk if you had questions.
