"Nice lobby and interior, reception staff generally helpful, except for one..."

Pros: Nice lobby and interior, reception staff generally helpful, except for one not so friendly trainee receptionist, interior of a generally fine standard. two atm's in the lobby, mini market 3 minutes walk away, bank across the street from the hotel, nice buffet breakfast. security guard in the lobby, 24/7.
Cons: Call me fussy but in heat of upto roughly 39 degrees celcius, air conditioning would have been nice! (or the hotel could have at least had a supply of portable fans which they could have rented to guests) no tea/coffee making facilities, you needed to pay extra for a faster internet speed (upto 0.20mbps was free) small restaurant to try to accommodate all the guests trying to have breakfast, it got extremely crowded.
