 "Al Ajmi"
The hotel is make you feel staying at a cave because the light all over the place are very dim. The elavators are too small max 4 person shoulder to shoulder. The room service is bad. Generaly not what i expect from a what called five star hotel.

 "MY stay in Shaza hotel"
the general service is ok , the food is excellent, but some facilities in the hotel required urgent maintenance like the bathrooms, also it does not have bath tub. personally i do not think to stay at this hotel again.

 "Bas service"
The waiter at the restaurant during breakfast is rude; he removed the plate before my wife finishes. There is no refill of water, coffee and tea bags every day. You have to pay for them. Bath soap supply is limited.
