 "Unfriendly staff members"
My boyfriend and I stayed at Baronka hotel for 3 nights. Overall our experience was fine but would have been a lot better if it weren't for some of the very cranky, unfriendly and overbearing ladies that work there. One of them runs the gym/pool area and is incredibly rude. I understand different cultures have different ways of interacting but she was, on several occasions one of the rudest people I've come across. The other unhelpful and cranky lady works at reception and appears to be in charge. There is a witch figurine in the foyer and I believe it may be an exact replica of her. The other girls on reception were lovely.Breakfast was great and the tram stop into the old town is so close and handy. There is also a fabulous local restaurant called jennyv which is very reasonably priced and seems to be busy all day.All in all the hotel was great minus the meanies :)
