The Serbian Orthodox Church is a newer structure. You will find it across from the Museum of Modern Art. It dates only from the 1930s. It is architect was the Serbian, Momir Korunović. This church dominates its skyline with five domes. At the top of each, you will notice crosses. Each is plated in gold and catch the sunlight reflecting it back into the sky. This 1936 building contains an iconostasis by Mirko Šubic and several noteworthy frescoes. Artists include Miša Mladenović and Dragomir Jašović.
