 "M hotel was good - rooms were clean"
Pros: M hotel was good - rooms were clean. the staff were very helpful and friendly. i think they upgraded us to a room on the top floor with a balcony and reduced the rate of our room (cheaper than what we booked through you!).
Cons: Water in shower kept going hot and cold and the shower door didnt close properly (had to slam it).
