Artemis Guest House will contact you with details. No reservation is confirmed until deposit is paid. Cancellation before check-in: within 14 days or less, forfeit full booking value; between 15 and 29 days, forfeit 50% of booking value; from 30 days onwards forfeit 25% of booking value. An admin fee of R 250 will be deducted from refund value. Premature departure is charged at the full original booking value. Refunds paid in ZAR only.
