Pros: The bedrooms look nicer.
Cons: My husband and i have stayed at the ritz in cape town on more then one occasion, however our last stay there was very dissappointing in regards to the buffet breakfast. the quality was terrible and also the presentation of the food. we use to love staying there but since we've seen how it changed with the staff and quality.....we will definitely not stay there again. very very dissappointed.

Pros: The hotel in my view is good,the food is rich.in all is a place to stay
Cons: The towels is old,the aircondition is not working very well,the room needs a fridge,nothing bad if they add a flat screen tv and internet service in the hotel or in the rooms
