 "Customer second"
Great location less than 10 minutes' walk from Waterfront Malls. Newly renovated with nice atmosphere and fantastic family room concept. Value for money without being 'cheap'. Good parking. My reservation said free internet, which was a mistake from easytobook. Instead of just saying "no worries, we'll handle it with easytobook, here's your free internet", it first took them 2 days with several conversations/emails to figure out what to do, which was: I had to pay, and then send my receipts to easytobook. Instead of dealing with the problem, they made it my problem, and even offered free breakfast as compensation! Just bloody annoying that something so simple isn't taken care of immediately. Bed was not comfortable. There was a loud clicking noise from the air-con every 2 minutes - only at night, which was fixed after 4 days. Water leaked from the freezer into the refrigerator at night (maybe because they're enclosed in a wooden cabinet without ventilation). Door chains were screwed on the wrong way around so didn't serve a purpose.
