The Village Lodge offers two on-site restaurants, Soho and Madame's on Napier.
Soho restaurant serves up the most authentic Thai cuisine available outside of Thailand itself. Head Chef Monruedee Saladthuk hails from Bangkok and brings her years of experience and expertise to the Soho kitchen. Start with a Tom Kar soup or a Duck and Lychee Salad, move on to the spicy Panang Curry or silky Pad Thai and finish off with Kao Niaw Mamoung, heavenly coconut sticky rice with mango. No matter what your tastes, Soho is sure to wow you.
Our newest restaurant, Madame’s on Napier, is an elegantly decorated venue where guests can relax on the sprawling balcony, enjoy a glass of wine from our boutique wine list and sample some of the Cape’s finest culinary delights. Madame’s menu consists of modern classics, ranging from Smoked Ostrich Carpaccio to Mauritian Prawn and Mango Curry.
