Pros: Great hotel, lovely pool and breakfast.
Cons: Booked hotel online, arrived and told there wasn't a room available despite guaranteed reservation. however, hotel did give us our room after much discussion. asked to wait in lobby at first after travelling for hours to reach hotel but when we explained how tired we were and that we had stayed at hotel previously, we were given a room. however, we felt like we would be asked to leave each day due to the confusion with reservation. this had an impact on our enjoyment of hotel.
