 "Pleasant stay"
Nice hotel, clean, with very good location,. Good service, not everyone at the reception speaks English, so it's good to know few Spanish words. Only 10 min walking distance from the city centre, and the beach. Close to the bus and train stop.

 "The gentleman who greeted me at reception was terrific"
Pros: The gentleman who greeted me at reception was terrific. overall the staff were really friendly.my room was spotlessly clean on arrival and through my stay.probably one of the cleanest hotels i have ever experienced. the tram stop near the maya is marvellous. rdm.
Cons: Too be honest-the food was average at it's best-fruit juice at breakfast very watery-dinner choices poor and generally cold.
