Port de Pollença (Puerto Pollensa in Spanish) is a small popular resort on the north coast of Island of Majorca. The nearest town is the inland town of Pollença which is only a few kilometers away. Port de Pollença is about one hour's travel from the capital Palma. The town is very popular with British tourists and in 2001 was voted “favourite holiday destination” by that country's Sunday Times newspaper.
