Cons: Room was never cleaned before 4pm. check in times were later than stated due to slow cleaning. rooms very noisy. air conditioning did not work and was covered in a thick layer of dust.
Cons: The only thing i missed were hotel slippers.
hotel location is very good, near all main city points, general services are also on high level and the hotel staff is very kind and willing to help.

the problem is sometimes internet access in a room. ( bad signal)
Cons: No wi-fi in family rooms; no wardrobe in the upstairs room of the family suite. no indoor swimming pool.

Cons: The rooms were a little noisy at times, especially when in a room with a door to another room.
Cons: We went to see the outdoor pool. this was more like a paddling pool and had the weather been better we would have been very disappointed.
Cons: Extra charge for use of spa and steamroom.
Cons: No tea/coffee making facilities which wouldn't have been so bad if they could make a proper cuppa in the restuarant - also one (hard) chair in a (tiny) double room not good.
