How to reach the Alimara?By underground: Take metro Line 3 to metro stop 'St. Mundet', 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. To reach the city centre you can take L3 directly to Passeig de Gràcia and Plaça Catalunya.
By car: Take the Ronda de Dalt ring road. Driving from the North take the ring road towards Besós, while driving from the South you have to go onto Llobregat. Take exit n. 4 Horta-Velòdrom and then the side road (Passeig de la Vall d'Hebron).

The hotel was very nice and rooms were very clean. although it was far from the city centre the metro station 2 min away from the hotel made it posible to be in the centre of the city within 10 min. staff were helpfull and kind. in total i will recomend this hotel and will visit again.
The rooms were hot and unfortunately due to the time of year the a/c was not working.Anonymous

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is located only 12mins by metro to catalunya station (station is just round the corner, so it's very conveniant), the rooms and bathrooms are really spacious, housekeeping is great! room service extremely prompt! lovely garden in the hotel! nothing was never too much to ask. congratulations to the general manager!The room itself, especially the carpets and furniture felt slightly old & tired - but nothing too major. still good value for money.Anonymous

I liked the hotel very much. it was clean, the staff was very nice and spoke english. the area was also nice and you could travel easily to the most important metro stations which brought you to the center of the city. all in one: very niceAnonymous

Very good position (metro just behind the hotel, 15 minutes to town center), very nice interier. shop wit food and fruits is about 100 m. there are free maps and other usefull materials with barcelona city (i suggest look at the beginning of the stay).Maybe a little bit noisy from road next to the hotel in the evening. expensive breakfast.Green
