 "Family holiday"
When I arrived at this hotel I was told there was a mix up in my booking, and the room I booked was unavailable. I was given a sub standard room with poor security and a leakage in the main bedroom. I was expected to pay the required booking fee, which I refused to do and subsequently had to find alternative accommodation . Extremely unhappy with my booking.
