 "Apartamentos Europa - DO NOT USE!!!!!"
Absolutely appalling, I will never use or recommend EasyToBook.com or the Apartments to any other traveller.Was left stranded in Barcelona, late at night, as there was no one to greet us or let us in. After several hours trying to contact somebody by phone & internet we had to book into another hotel at considerable cost & inconvenience.We returned the following day and was advised that the office was closed due to a public holiday and that there was a ‘communication’ problem why no one advised us our keys were left in a car park!!!!Complete shambles and not fit to run a business.I must also note that I am still awaiting a call back from a manager I will be seeking a full refund and costs & will spend some time in the near future updating every tourist website not to use Easytobook.com or this apartment

 "Terrible stay"
Trouble to have the key, 1 1/2 hours. Matress very hard like the pillov and then be to big. No blancets, no soap and thing for clean dishes, no pan.So now I`m happy I`m in Gran Canaria and can sleep well!!

The location and price of this apartment is ok!You have to get used to the Streetnoise, and interior of the apartment shows sign of wear.

Pros: The staff at apartamentos europa was very helpful and offered several suggestions for my wife and i as we were looking for a long-term apartment in barcelona.
Cons: The room was not cleaned after three days, however it was very clean when we arrived and they did take care of this on the next business day. being that everything is closed in barcelona on sunday, this meant we stayed in the room for 5 days before it was cleaned. not a big deal but worth mentioning.
