I booked this on line because of its proximity to Camp Nou- which out to be close, but not too close. The cleanliness of the apartment was good although we were told that our apartment would not be serviced as we were only there for 6 days although we could request clean towels. nI the event, we didn't but it would have been nice for the towels to have been automatically changed at least once during our stay.We would also have appreciated a small electric jug- we don't drink coffee and having to boil a pan of water for tea was a real pain. We would also have appreciated a couple of tea towels to dry dishes- if I hadn't wanted to do dishes I'd have stayed in a hotel.The reception staff were excellent and very helpful Overall I'd say we got what we paid for which was reasonable clean and comfortable accommodation at a good price.

Pros: The apartment was great all the furnishings have been updated and the apartment has been recently renovated. the reception staff where very helpful and even escorted us to the apartment lift to ensure we didn't get lost even though it was only meters away, great location to restaurants , metro , local supermarket and all the local shops with great bargains. the people of barcelona are friendly and helpfull and speak english wherever possible .

Pros: Very prompt and easy check-in and check-out process. easy to hail taxi from hotel. close walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores. very clean.
Cons: No hot water for the showers. only the first 2 family members got hot water. no cnn channel on tv. stove did not work but at least oven did.

Pros: Apartment was clean and ready for us on arrival, it was more than adequate for our needs as a family and well placed for excursions into bacelona cuty with bus terminating right outside and metro station only 3 mins away.
the hotel staff we exceptionally helpful and very good.
Cons: One power socket was hanging out of wall in the living room, this not a problem for us as my daughter in neqarly 15 but for families with small children it could have been very dangerous, i reported it but it had not been fixed prior to our departure. the fact that our apartment was on first floow meant that there was a lot of traffic noise from the very busy main road and things started to happen before 6am.
