Pros: Surprised at how large and clean the room was,like a luxury 5 star hotel, center of barcelona, will stay again definatley
Cons: Got to the hotel and they had no room booked for us even though i pre booked, lucky to get the last room available(which was our anyway)

Pros: Hotel was in a great location- quiet but near to everything.

Pros: Impressed with how close the hotel was to metro line. also lots of bars and restaurants close by. impressed with size of rooms and facilities.
Cons: Bidet was blocked for all of our 3 night stay. but this was over the week-end and hotel staff said that they were unable to get maintenance man out

Pros: The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. it was in a great location.
Cons: Your feet got black if you didn't wear shoes because the floors were so dirty.

Pros: This is an excellent value for money hotel. the apartments are real apartments! with a huge bed in our room and ensuit toilet, the living room was spacious and in a sepate room and had an ensuit kitchen. everything was very clean and our towells changed daily. the hotel is also 2min. walk from the bus station were all ryanair buses from girona arrive and we also had tube and train lane in the same place. the zoo and main park is 7 min walk from the hotel and an excellent bakery/pastissery just in front of the hotel we had a very nice and cheap breakfast, there are also two supermarkets next to the hotel.
Cons: Small technical problem with my reservation as the room we were allocated was occupied by another guess,we quickly got another room of the same condition. the receptionist was quite fun and nice.

Pros: We arrived early to the hotel and the front desk cleark was very accomodating and helpful and the apartments were ready and they offered us an early check in. the housekeeping and front desk staff were all wonderful and helpful to me and my family. great job guys !!
Cons: My only problem is that they did not have an iron and iron board in the apartments and they locked the laundry washers.

Pros: Excellent facilities. although didn't utilise kitchen facilities, enjoyed the space.excellent value for money.
Cons: All of the appliance instructions as well as heating/ac were in spanish. working heating was 'trial and error'. a kettle would have been useful.
