Apartments Barcelona Guest

The appartment is modest, not very attractive, but clean.The location is poor. Have to walk 15-20 minutes to get to center locations.Next time I would choose another appartment.We had problems operating the washing machine. It destroyed some of our cloths.

The apartments were very 'Spanish' and set in a good location. They were very clean and quiet. If you want a quiet location away from the tourist side of things then they are perfect. We really enjoyed staying here and would definately recommend them.

We are four adults visited Barcelona for five days. the housekeeper gave us a warm welcome and introduced the apartments to us. everything was fine and clean. four normal-sized beds, towels and kitchen equipment were present. the best is the location of the apartment: it is nearly exact in the city center. you only have to walk about 10 min to the Placa de Catalunya were you find the amazing Las Ramblas - many bars, restaurants and shops. all in all i would come back when I visit Barcelona again. so i recommend this apartment without exception.

Pros: Light airy place and very quiet apartment. within walking distance of everything. housekeeper very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Just one little thing there was no electric kettle.

Pros: Excellent location - close to the metro and felt very safe. good local supermarkets. provided with larger apartment than expected. air conditioning most welcome. shower was fine.
Cons: To save money we cooked on an evening and found the two ring hob to be a challenge! that said, we were delighted with the washer and fridge freezer.

Pros: Natalie, the porter was helpful (although she did not speak english) - as was anna, the hotline telephone assistant who spoke good english. the appartment is spacious and in a good state. there are 2 bedrooms, one with a queensize/kingsize bed and the other with 2 single beds - ideal for a family with 2 older children. there is a kitchen with a fridge, coffee machine and dish washer; also there is a washing machine and dryer and an iron and ironing board. location-wise, it is in a residential district of barcelona, but is not far from the urgell metro line.
Cons: We had a minor problem with airon water spilling onto the street and a chair in the dining area, which we saw only had one screw (the other screws, three-four were missing). our suggestion is that they look closer at repair/maintenance of such furniture, to ensure safety.

Pros: Very clean well equiped modern flat in original old barcelona building. near metro stop and airport bus stop.

Cons: Knowing that there were six girls in one apartment, i suggest more mirrors please!!!!

Cons: Apartment was broken in to on our first day but housekeeper was very helpful and moved us to a new room

Cons: Quite noisy (traffic) but then it is in the heart of the city.

Pros: We were constantly updated with information of our booking re our apartment in barcelona. the details given were clear and helpful.
Cons: Unfortunately we had building working going on in the adjacent apartment with load drilling! it may have been helpful to have known this before as it we were unable to sleep in.

Pros: Very spacious apartmentand fully equiped
Cons: Right next to the gay district,bit uncomfortable passing at night with a wife and two young boys aged 12 and 16 a bit too full on,should have been warned

Pros: Spacious- cheaper than others- everything we needed provided
