Apartments Guardia is located in the city centre, just 5 minutes from Las Ramblas. Access to public metro of Barcelona and main stations is only 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The apartments are located 100 meters away from Las Ramblas and the seafront.

How to reach the Apartments Guardia?How to reach the apartments
Calle Guardia is parallel to Las Ramblas and the apartments are just a few steps away from Gaudi Museum.
By metro: The closest metro station is, Liceu, which is on Las Ramblas. (8 minutes from the apartments)
From Liceu station, you will have to walk down towards the sea until you find ¨Carre Nou De La Rambla¨ Street on the right.
Walking down Carrer Nou de La Rambla Carrer Guardia will be the second street on the left.
By plane: Guests arriving to Prat airport are recommended to get a taxi in case there are 4 or more people as getting 4 bus tickets to the city centre would almost cost € 25.00 which is equal to the taxi costs.
Guests who are less than 4 people are recommended to get the ¨aerobus¨, which is the cheapest way to get to the city centre; Plaza Catalunya for about 4€ per ticket.
On foot: From Plaza Catalunya, you can walk down Las Ramblas untill you get to ¨Carrer Nou de La Rambla¨ or get the metro to Liceu station and follow the directions provided before.

Brilliant central position - don't be put off by the grotty side street it's situated in! very clean and good quality basic accommodation. lovely bathroom. friendly and helpful staff. perfect for a short city break.
Had to hold the on switch down to get the toaster to work. a bit noisy as it attracts youngsters and hen parties, but ok if you want to be relaxed and return to university days (and nights!)Dudbridge

The rooms were great value for money very clean and spacious and very safe with your own pass number to get in front door!As a group of girls we felt quite vulnerable because they were down a side alley were no taxi's or mini bus could drop off and with the floors been tiled you could here people walking about above you which was quite noisey sometimes!kelly

The apartments are in an excellent location and great value for money, lovely touches with slight contemporary feel.Our studio whilst well located was very noisy it suffered from alot of noise from the corridor with people walking past and noises from other apartments. the fridge was boken which caused a few problems the toilet flush didnt work and we had to remove the cistern lid to manually flush the toilet. there were not free coffee and tea facilities. we have stayed here before in another apartment that was not as bad, that one was located more to the rear and didnt suffer from people walking past it all the time or being right next to the apartments general office.Anonymous

Great location for walking to center of busy barcelona, though difficult to access by car. staff is very helpful and speaks english/french. close to shops (great bakeries!) restaurants and laundry. Only problem was the noise but due to other guests around new year's eve, not hotel.

The apartment we stayed in was very clean and well kept. the location was absolutely excellent and we felt that ourselves and belongings were safe at all times during our week-long stay.The only negative aspects were that we did not get any natural sunlight in our room, but the patio area more than sufficed. and the hot water only lasted for about 2-3 minutes in our shower. that's all, but still overall great impression.Redmond

I booked the room at one price in pounds and immediately the new price in euros came through at over £30 higher. this is not fair practice and the hotel was not value for money. the toilet broke while we were there and for £200 i dont expect to have facilities break whilst staying in an apartment.Anonymous

The staff went out of their way to assist us.the rooms was compact but very clean. the apartment was situated just around the corner from palua guell & los ramblas so was well situated for tourist attractions. STEPHEN WRIGHT

The hotel was in a very good location.
the room had air conditioning,an iron,hairdryer,plenty of cleaning products. The bathroom was not clean,we had to de-ice the freezer to be able to use it.the shower head was broken so you had to hold it in one hand.there was never anybody available at reception.we never got a change of the only 2 towels in the room for 5 days. no maid service. even when we checked out no one was available to even take our keys. our room was in a lower ground level, so no window/door views. the chest of drawers were broken.Anonymous

We found the owner very friendly, the studio appartment we had was very clean and well stocked. the location is excellent for te beaches, marina and las ramblas.We missed our flight because the owner told us 30-40mins to the airport via the metro. more like 1hr 30!!Anonymous

We really enjoyed the time we spent there with my 4 friends. the hotel is just at few meters of la ramblas, the great street of barcelona. moreover, it is also near the port, the mare magnum outlet center, the aquarium... we parked our car at the airport where the price is 17 € / day and we travelled by bus and train. great holidays for me and my friends
