Cons: Check exactly which room you are in,ours didnt match the website description but was clean and adequate for the price,even if it was abut of a cellar.

Cons: We were moved to another apartment twice before we arrived. the last move was informed when we arrived. the equipment and facilities that were specified in the hotel description was not included in the new apartment. at least we got a discount but after a long discussion.
Cons: I didn't get the room i booked. therefor i went to the office at carrer feran. the man (i think the name was ignazio) get angry and spoke in an aggressivly way. also
to the staff from the appartment who showed me the way to this office ignacio threat them in a bad way, like they are second class human beeing! this ignacio is in no way helpful and very unfriendly. this ignacio is the worst reputation a company can have.
Cons: 1st impressions werent good, but once inside venue it was fine. small lift only room for 1 and 2 suitcases. no fire exit that we could see.
Cons: Bedfroom light didn't work. no television channels. not enough comfortable seating for 4 adults. no mirrors in bedrooms.
Cons: The pics didn't look anything like the rooms. it was noisy and loud with a lot of younger kids partying until 3 in the morning. the place needed some renovations. we asked for new towels and didn't receive any. we reserved taxis and was not told that it was 20 euros extra ontop of the fare. the location of the hotel was not in the safest part of the city.
Cons: The street at night is a bit dark but right off the rabla only two blocks. i would be uneasy as a woman by myself.
Cons: We were in room ten and the lift was on the outside of the building and it creaked loudly all night.street was noisy but that was to be expected that near to la ramblas
Cons: There was a dirty smell in one off the rooms.

Cons: Despite the walls being stone, we were rudely awoken at night by the apparent wails of a banshee being buggered in an adjacent appartment. aside from that, the sofa bed in the living room could do with a few cushions - for its day-time role as a sofa.
