Cons: The reception/service was rather disappointing as things seem rather disorganised. it was surprising considering they seem pretty established.

Cons: In the website it doesn't give enough explanation about the room and the location. the location in the site is different from where we get the room. this apartment is operated by an office who have many apartments in the city. when you arrive to this address they give you a new address where your room in, which was very annoying.

"The hotel staff were very accomodating and friendly"

Pros: The hotel staff were very accomodating and friendly. the location is very close to las ramblas and within walking distance to the barri gotic. it's good for a basic stay, and has cooking equipment etc, though not as luxurious as the photos.
Cons: The rooms were extremely noisy, we could hear water flushing over our heads every time someone had a shower or used the toilet in another apartment, and you could hear people on the stairs until late at night.
