"Très bon accueil"

Pros: Très bon accueil. personnel à l'accueil parle anglais. situation exceptionnelle. très propre. chambre de bain très fonctionnelle : grande douche.
Cons: Cuisine minuscule. appartement sans salon, donc manque de confort pour se reposer le soir et pour regarder la télévision. pas de laveuse à linge, donc pas pratique lors d'un long séjour. très bruyant la nuit, difficile de dormir.

Pros: Positive staff and we got our money back for the last day when leaving before time.
Cons: We have never experienced so much noice on any of our vacations earlier (and we have had quite a few). there was a constant noice from the street day and night from cars, trucks, churchbells, other tourists etc. the appartement had very thin windows so we almost did not sleep the first 4 nights and decided to leave the hotel before time and move into another in order to get just a little pease and quiet the last day. sorry, but the hotel is absolutely not recommendable unless you are almost deaf.

Ideally located in the Gothic quarter of Barcelona, near the Cathedral, Las Ramblas, Picasso Museum and the Boqueria market.

All eight apartments and the superb attic for two persons has exterior facing with balconies that allow you to enjoy views of the Gothic Quarter and located right in the centre of the city, 200m from Las Ramblas and the Cathedral next to Placa Sant Jaume; where the city hall is located.

This building was refurbished and opened its doors on the 1st of October 2006, tastefully decorated and in a charming environment to ensure your extra comfort.

All apartments are fully equipped with two single or a double bed, plasma TV, satellite channels, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, marble toilet with shower, air-conditioning, heater, free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Directions to the Apartments:

CALLE DAQUERIA is a short street. Sometimes it’s also called Calle Jaime I .
The closest metro station is JAUMA I ( L-4, yellow line), which is only 2 minutes away.

From JAUMA I metro station, you will have to walk across Calle Jaime I, and it’s a narrow street that you will find before the Town Hall.

Guests arriving at PRAT airport (Barcelona international airport)
To get to the apartments by taxi cost around 25€, but the cheapest option would be to get the AEROBUS (blues bus and blue bus stop outside the terminal) that goes form the airport to PLAZA CATALUNYA.

Once in PLAZA CATALUNYA you can get the metro following the previous directions or get a taxi for around 6€.

Guests arriving at GIRONA airport
This airport is 90km away from Barcelona and there are buses for every flight that lands.

From ESTACIÓ DEL NORD you can get the metro following the previous directions or get a taxi for around 10€
