Acta Millenni Barcelona
The ACTA Millenni Barcelona is an excellent 4-star hotel with an excellent location.
The remodeled classic building is part of the original structure, which was a mattress warehouse until the recent renovations. The interior has been re-designed and decorated in a modern and functional fashion with wooden floors, venetian stuccowork and colored marble in the bathrooms.
This hotel is a good alternative if you are looking to get away from the large hotel chains in the area and stay somewhere that you can be treated with personal care. The friendly staff makes a special effort to treat guests in a warm and friendly manner.
All rooms offer soft modern decoration: wooden floor and light colours combination. Interactive 21” TV , pay per view movies, balcony or wide window with natural light and double glass, non smoking rooms available, and room service during day.

Reviews on Acta Millenni Barcelona
In partnership with
Cons: Limited bar and restuarant facilities
Cons: The area the hotel is in is not very safe to walk around at night, our friensd who were with us had his walet stollen and then someone tried to steal his mobile
Cons: Solarium was closed but it was february.
Cons: Yes, the website indicated that pay per view was available and we were advised by the hotel staff that it was not available and indeed had not been available for about 10 years!!
Cons: Might be difficulty to get the non-smoking room!
have to be careful of pickpockets!
Cons: Without provide hot water
Cons: No tea and coffee making facilities. area a bit dodgy at night. air conditioning at night - far too warm! had to keep the window open but it was very noisy. ask for a inward facing room is possible.
Cons: Noise outside, you can here the metro, but i think its like that all over barcelona.
Cons: Little disappointed as the website pictures display other apsis hotels giving you the impression that it's apsis millenni. we had no balcony as requested in our specification, we were put in a twin room where we specifyed that we did not want a twin room. the room has a modern room with old bedding that dulls the room.
rooms are nice and clean with a big shower and bathroom
Cons: A bit far from the la ramble st. (10 minutes walking)
hotel staff are really helpful and extremely informative of the best local restaurants (you must try the argentinian its does the best fillet steak!) they give you all the information when you check in, plus they will make reservations for you.
if you want to chill out late afternoon after the hussle and bussle of the city the roof top terrace is a tranquil escape.
would definitely stay again on a future trip to barcelona.
Cons: The only real negative is the breakfast is not included and is £15 per person per day. it wasn't an issue as there are loads of cafes around the hotel where you can sit and watch the world go by. bliss!
twin beds pushed together not double but i'm sure if you asked they would sort it out for you, we didn't bother this time.
Cons: The wash basin was leaking but after reporting it the maintenance guy fixed it. the bath was too small. it was impossible to have a bath.
