Metro and bus stations, internet cafes and phone booths are all just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Also a great feature to the apartment's location is the small convenience store and the cafe/restaurant downstairs.
How to reach the Apt. Gran Vía?By metro: You can take the purple metro line 2 to 'Tetuan' or to 'Passeig de Gracia', you can also take the yellow metro line 4 to 'Passeig de Gracia' or to 'Urquinaona' and you can also take the red metro line 1 to 'Urquinaona'.
From Barcelona Airport: Take the Aerobus to Placa Catalunya. Then walk up to Pg. de Gracia and from there to Gran Via. Take a right here and walk 4 blocks to the corner of Girona where you will find the apartment.
From Sants train/bus station: Take the green metro line 3 to metro station 'Catalunya'. Then walk up to Pg. de Gracia and from there to Gran Via. Take a right here and walk 4 blocks to the corner of Girona where you will find the apartment.
From 'Estacio del Nord' bus station: Take a taxi to the corner of Gran Via and Girona or take the metro to the 'Urquinaona' stop.

good bathrooms, and kitchen.
very goood i would stay here again.
People banging doors at 3-5am...even thou there are signs stating to keep the noise down.

Everything was great, we had a beatiful and very comfortable room. i also appreciate full equipped kitchen, nice living room and terrace. moreover the apartment is in centre, so the most of the time we were walking and we had a chance to enjoy the barcelona more than trawelling by metro.Nikki Velounias

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at apt gran via. the apartment was clean and bright and beautifully decorated. we collected our keys from rebecca, who very kindly told us where the nearest metro/supermarket/chemists were, and also gave us some tips about travelling around the city. all together we got a lot more for our money than we were expecting. i would love the chance to stay there again, and would highly recommend it to friends or family visiting barcelona.Anonymous

The place was on a busy road, safe, central and not overflowing with other touristy places despite being a short walk to the centre. you phone them once arrived and a woman met us straight away. the apartment building has character and was very quiet when we were there - saw one other guest. the communal areas are spotless and the shower was great. liked the ice machine in the top of fridge. a great budget option, close to metro, supermarket and nice bar opposite too. great to use kitchen too.The towels are quite basic, the traffic can be heard but ear plugs help!STOOKE

Het was een prima apt voor het geld.Kleine kamers, warm water in de douche was ook zo op, geen tv op de kamer is toch ook wel klote. daarnaast veel zeurende mensen die om 21h00 hun bed al in duiken, en absolute stilte eisen. zullen vast en zeker allemaal knorren zijn die elke dag om 7u opstaan en met hun lunchpakketje de stad intrekken en vanalles doen.
