Apt. Super Balmes is a great combination of two brand new apartments located in the heart if Barcelona’s city centre. Placa Catalunya and the famous Las Ramblas are located just within 5 minutes walking from the apartments.
Guests can rent a private room and use all the common facilities. Each room is private and lockable and all are for two people, they are equipped with two single beds or with one double bed. All rooms have exterior balconies with window door. There is daily cleaning for all the apartments in the common areas. There is no cleaning in the rooms unless staying 6 nights or more and schedule your room cleaning. ... Read More

Conveniently situated close to the major tourist attractions such as Plaza de Catalunya and Las Ramblas, one of the most vibrant and cultural streets in Europe. Other popular areas located nearby include Paseo de Gracia, Borne and Barrio Gotico. The beautiful beach and port are located only within 20 minutes. For the night lovers there are plenty of trendy pubs and clubs to discover.
How to reach the Apt. Super Balmes ?1) From Barcelona-El Prat International airport, by bus: Take the Aerobus outside the airport and get off at Plaça Catalunya. The hotel is at walking distance from the station. The Aerobus service normally runs every 15-minutes. You can catch it from outside all 3 airport terminals.
2) From Barcelona-El Prat International airport, by Train: Take the RENFE train R10 to "Passeig de Gràcia" train station. The hotel is at walking distance from the station.
3) From Sants train/bus station: Take the green metro line L3 to 'Catalunya' station. Walk to the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat to reach the hotel.
4) From 'Estacio del Nord' bus station: Take a taxi to the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat or take the metro to the 'Universitat' stop.

Appartment was really bright and clean with well a equiped kitchen and we never any problems with sharing the bathrooms or kitchen. the cleaner was in every day to clean the communal areas and the staff were helpful whenever required. central location 2 minutes from the nearest metro and handy for lots of sights, facilities and transport.
The only down side to the really handy central location is the noise from the traffic which goes on all night! ear plugs are a must unless you are a really deep sleeper!Anonymous

Apt.super balmes is in centrum in barselona,location is very nice near to pl.catalunya.the rooms is furnished modern and clear and used romantic colors.the staff are frendly and gives most important information about barselona.I have not negative opinionAnonymous

The owner was very friendly when we arrived, went over some of the main attractions with us. the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. excellent location. would go back to it again.Due to the location, it was noisy at times, especially if the door to the balcony was open.Anonymous

Location brilliant, arrival meeting punctual and very informativeWe booked one room for 5 nights, but on arrival were told we had 2 nights in one room then had to change for the further 3 nights in a different room. this was a time-consuming interruption to a short holiday breakAnonymous

Appartment is very clean; clean kitchen, toilet and shower, looks new. every day cleaning form kitchen etc. situated near the centre. The appartment has 5 rooms, so you have to share the kitchen, the showers (2) and toilets (2) with others. this was no problem for us.
very bad was the noise of the traffic in the street below! we had to buy earplugs for a good sleep! also there is no airco, just a fan, so in mid-summer it is hot.
