A fabulous modern Barcelona apartment with
easy access to Sagrada Familia, Arc de Triomf and Plaça Catalunya.
Located just off Plaça de Tetuan, a short 70 meter walk from the Tetuan metro station, AptBcn Super Tetuan Barcelona enjoys a central location in the Catalan capital. Sagrada Familia lies a short walk the other side of Avinguda Diagonal to the north, Plaza de Catalunya is a few minutes’ walk along Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes to Passeig de Gracia, and Arc de Triomf and Barcelona´s central Park Ciutadella are an easy walk down Passeig de Sant Joan.
A fabulous newly refurbished apartment, Super Tetuan is housed in a beautifully preserved 60 year old building. The accommodation enjoys an elegant modern decor and all new facilites. Free wireless Internet access is available throughout the property.
AptBcn Super Tetuan Barcelona has seven private rooms, three shared bathrooms, one private en-suite bathroom and a common room. The modern kitchen is equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and utensils. All the rooms have exterior window with lots of natural light, and bed linens and towels are also provided.

management office hours are 09:00 to 21:00hrs every day. Check in is free from
12:00 to 21:00hrs. Late check in charges apply as follows: Between 21:00 and 23:00hrs: EUR 25.00 Between 23:00 and 01:00hrs: EUR 50.00 Between 01:00 and 12:00hrs: EUR 75.00
Check out time is 10:30. The accommodation has no luggage storage
facility; if you are leaving Barcelona after the check out time, luggage can be
stored in the Sants train station or the Nord bus station.
A credit card can be used to secure the
booking, 15% of the
total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable, but please pay the remaining balance in cash (Euros only please) upon
arrival. Please note that cancellations must be confirmed by email a minimum of 48hrs
prior to arrival date.
If
cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 15% of all nights
will be the fee, if cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first
two nights will be charged.
The minimum stay for this accommodation is
three nights.
This accommodation does not accept reservations for groups of more than
2 people. Children younger than 13 years are not allowed to stay in the
apartment.
