From the bus stop, Walk straight up Passeig de Gracia and turn right at the first roundabout onto GRAN VIA de Les Corts Catalans. Walk along Gran Via for 4 blocks until you reach the corner with Carrer Girona. Once you have CALLED US IN ADVANCE, someone will be there to meet & greet you.
From SANTS ESTACIO Train Station (Ryanair/REUS Airport Bus Terminal):
Take the Metro L3 (Green) to CATALUNYA.
Walk straight up Passeig de Gracia and turn right at the first roundabout onto GRAN VIA de Les Corts Catalans. Walk along Gran Via for 4 blocks until you reach the corner with Carrer Girona. Once you have CALLED US IN ADVANCE, someone will be there to meet & greet you.
From 'ESTACIO DEL NORD' Bus Station (Ryanair Barcelona-GIRONA Airport Bus Terminal):
Its a 15 minute walk, 1 metro stop + 5 minute walk or a 2 minute Taxi ride:
Walking: walk up Passeig de Sant Joan and turn left at the roundabout onto Gran Via - continue along Gran Via till you reach No. 686
Metro: take the red metro L1 from Arc de Triomf to Urquinoana, take the Bruc exit, then walk up Bruc Street to Gran Via and turn right - continue along Gran Via till you reach No. 686.
1-Payment only in cash, due on arrival
2-Check in is after 12:00 midday, please call to arrange a check-in time.
3-For late arrivals there is a surcharge:
a. From 22:00 to 00:00 + 20 euros per room
b. After 00:00 (midnight) + 30euros per room

Safe room, good neighbourhood.When i reached the hotel, i called so that they could open the door for me (it was just an apartment) and i had to wait for someone to come pick me up. they said they transferred me to a different appartment and that i received an e-mail, which i didn't. it was too unhandy for me to go to the other address. at the end they still put me on this location, but i did not get the room i booked in the first place. so that was a little dissapointing.Anonymous

Great locationNothing in the description tells that it has no air conditioning or shared bath. it was extremely hot in the room with little or no air.....also very noisy because i had to keep the windows open to get any air available.Anonymous

Basically it is not a hotel but someone rents out rooms in flats. in this particular flat there were 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen for 6 or 8 rooms (sorry, didnt count exactly). the kitchen was well equipped with micro, fridge, cutlery etc. bathrooms are clean, one with tub and one with shower, however only the first one has mirror... all in all, the place was a great value for money if you are in the city all day and just want to sleep somewhere after an long and tiring day, but don't expect a hotel because it is not.
the location of this flat is also very close to local interests and the area is definitely safe, i am a 30-year-old female and i was walking on the streets back to the hotel about midnight, totally on my own and there were absolutely no signs of any danger.The walls are not insulated, you can hear everything! you can hear the neighbours laughing while cooking, the dog barking on the 3rd floor, the water running in the pipes in the walls, absolutely everthing! but i also must confess, i was so tired getting home late at night that i didn't care about anything, i could sleep perfectly... :-)
i think this place is definitely for young backpackers who are ready to compromise and to get a lower quality for a better price.Anonymous

The room was clean, and also tha bathroom was good. the kithcen is well equiped, but the electric kettle is missing. the best about this apt. is its location - really near to the centre - about 5-10minutes.The common rooms were dirty - near the kitchen - really mass, there is no wireless internet and no air condition, as its written in information about the apt.
