The bathroom sink was blocked on our arrival, the next morning i mentioned it, the lady reacted promtly but upon our return the sink was still blocked. that part was not very pleasant.Pavla Gultova

The staff were excellent always willing to help with anything.they were extremely helpful at all times.The breakfst selection was very poor;it has to be brought in, and this was not evident on the web site.considering the poor selection it was very expensive to eat there.we ate out much cheaper after the first days experience of breakfast.
it did say that the room had air conditioning on the web site and it was not switched on.it apparently was to early in the year so we had to open the windows and this was incredably noisy being next to the main road. so we had to decide between not being able to sleep because it was too stuffy or too noisy.Anonymous
