The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, the location was ideal - i didn't want to leave to be honest.I missed not having coffee making facilities in the room and there were a couple of times we felt the jacuzzi could have done with a clean.Anonymous

The hotel is of an old build but very modern inside.a beautiful roof top pool with other facilities and great views over the city.room service prices very reasonable and prompt.this is hotel accomodates everyone although it is primarily a gay hotel i don't think anyone would feel out of place.we were looking to stay in a gay hotel and for anyone wanting the same it is excellent.staff were very friendly and informative. it was great! The bed is awesome. also, they do provide free bottles of water.It is a bit far from old town barcelona.
