Loved the room layout and the bed was so comfortable!
2 gin and tonics at the roof terrace bar cost over 18 euros!
slighty unnerving getting to the hotel late at night...some rather unsavoury characters hanging around the streets.Anonymous

The hotel is a very trendy one with brilliant design,its lovely to go up to the roof at night and have a drink as view brilliant. the room was very clean and the 'rain'shower over the bath was fab.the best thing was the beds i have troulbe sleeping in hotels but the beds were extremely comfortable.its just a short walk down a very busy and well lit street onto the rambla.Its a real shame as the hotel was wicked but it really lacked atmosphere we wanted to eat there as food looked and sounded very good but wasn't a relaxed freindly place to chill and get merry.breakfast vey over priced so would find somnewhere else and mimi bar not very cold, we had lite breakfast bag included which was gd but the bananas were bit bruised, we were on 3rd floor and noise can be heard but nothing to bad. the roof terrace is very small and its more for sitting at night than sunbathin in the day as no sun loungers but beach is gd so thats the best place to chill out.Anonymous

It was a beautiful stay...the rooms are so modern and chic! perfectly designed for couples on romantic trips. the interiors of the hotel and room are quite unique and even the rooms give you a feeling of a sexy lounge. also just 7 minutes walk to the la ramblaThe only negative part is the location and the surrounding...there are lots of pakistanis around and the area around in some alleys looked like slums...but there are alternative routes and as such the people there didn't harm us. it is just the look that you would not like if by chance you happen to stroll around that lane....it is safe; no worries!Anonymous

The decor and the location of the hotel is fantastic. staff are friendly apart from the breakfast man who was throwing plates around and looked so miserable he shoulkd think about a job change.The room we had booked was not available due to a technical fault. so we were moved to another hotel that was in the industial area so not very pleasant at all, we were only in barcelona for 2 days and the first night was wasted as we had traveled for 5hours to get to the hotel only to find that we were being accommodated somewhere else. a phone call would have been appreciated to let us know before hand. there is no parking so be prepared to pay £30 per day for parking near the hotel.Doyle

Lovely and modern hotel. very clean, nice staff and modern facilities.Didn't like the shower in the bedroom idea, not ideal for same sex travellers. also didn't like the area where the hotel is situated. very dissapointed with it. would not stay again because of this.Pica

Wow very impressive hotel, we would come back to barcelona just to stay here!!! we stayed in many hotels over our 6 week honeymoon and this was a highlight. the greeting was warm and friendly even when we arrived 2am. the room blew us away with the funky white and neon. the coffee machine in your room was free to use and they topped up the coffee capsules daily. the body gel and lotion was a beautiful honey product. the gym was great and the sauna very refreshing. the roof top bar has the best view of the skyline. we will be bcak for sure!!!NothingKelly

The hotel was beautiful and very close to the centre of barcelona.it was very clean and modren.To walk to the ramblers you have to walk through a very rough area.people on their own would feel very threatened. also the pool on the top floor is very tiny, but it does show this on the web site.Anonymous
