"Quick overnight stay"

My husband and I stayed here for a quick overnight stay flying in from Lisbon and leaving for home the next day. We assumed the hotel would be very close to the airport due to it being in the name of the hotel but it was a 20 euro cab ride away. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport but it stops running at 11:30 pm and that is what time our plane landed. The hotel itself was clean and the bar was still open when we got there. No issues with the room or service.

We were overall very happy with our stay. It would be nice to have a better breakfast than just sugar and carbs.

Cons: Not as close to airport as i expected, and really, the driver should have known which terminal a carrier departed from. his ignorance was very difficult for us as these terminals are not close. furthermore, it was obvious that he didn't care.

Pros: The hotel staff were great and the free shuttle service to the airport was very convenient. the location is wonderful as it is only about 10 minutes to the airport. beautiful bathroom in the room. hotel had free wi-fi which was great!
Cons: The resturant did not open until 830 at night for dinner. the swimming pool was not up to par. it had rust in the bottom.

"Clean, large rooms"

Pros: Clean, large rooms. bus stop right outside hotel and 20 mins ride to centre. pleased that our room was available at 1100am in the morning and we were able to leave suitcases their and enjoy the day early than expected.
Cons: Although hotel room was given to us sooner that expected, hotel receptionist didnt even look up at us from his computer was very sullen and not a very happy person at all. not a very welcoming person!!
