Very good housekeeping and room service. breakfast was pleasant surprise,plenty of choice.
Bar closed on dot of 11. we arrived during a thunderstorm and walked into bar at 11, cold and wet and were turned away

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the hotel was cleaned to a high standard. All the single rooms were situated on the top floor and all were inward facing which meant that if i wanted a room which faced on to the street i would have needed to pay for a double room with single occupancy. We really enjoyed our stay. staff were helpful. plenty of choice for breakfast and the room was spotless. would recommend to anyone. well done dante.The only negative was that the nearest metro was about 10 mins walk but the city and sights more than compensated. wright

I thought it was a good location and the decor was modern and comfortable.I thought that front of house staff were unfriendly and could have tried to be more welcoming. also we were disappointed that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room as these are standard now in most hotels.Anonymous

Clean room, good location for touring barcelona, very good breakfast.There were 2 items i disliked during my stay. 1st, wifi did not work in my room. it took 2 complaints and finally i had to get angry with the staff before they fixed the problem. all they needed to do was reboot the wifi device, but they had to be "pushed" into doing this. 2nd, i relied on them to call a reputable taxi for me when i checked out, but the taxi driver charged me an extra 14 euros over what the meter showed. if i wanted to get ripped off by a taxi, i would just flag one down on the street.Walker
