"We liked the house, the building, the atmosphere"
Pros: We liked the house, the building, the atmosphere. we had a good feeling by it. the welcome was very pleasant. we were a bit too late but that was no problem. fantastic balcony, supermarket nearby, metro nearby. and you can walk to the most things you want to see.
Cons: Our room had a very small window (it was a dark room) and it was very noisy. we heard the neigbours and during every whole night we heard a sort of ventilator outside that made very much noise. the house itself is also very noisy.
we've got no clean towels and the 1st day there was no toilet paper.
but.....we enjoyed our stay.

"With bohemia barcelona you do not just get a room, you get an apartment..."
Pros: With bohemia barcelona you do not just get a room, you get an apartment with a kitchen and living area etc. this makes you very comfortable, and if you, like me, went on holiday to relax, then the airy quite environment will allow this.
Cons: There wasn't any negative points really. the only potential negative point i can think of is your housemates, as if you get bad ones, it could ruin your stay.

"Cheap and central and useful to have self catering option"
Pros: Cheap and central and useful to have self catering option. spacious. always plenty of hot water.
Cons: No apparent health and safety measures, loose electrical cables hanging out of walls, inadequate electricity supply (lights went out when heater was turned on), faulty plumbing, no fire safety precautions, front door jammed so we were locked in one day despite it being a fire door, inadequate toilet roll, noisy, very spartan furniture - room would have been better with a table and chairs. cold at night - though supplied new blankets to us when we complained. very thin pillows and only one issued per person, though more provided when we complained. gas hob was broken and oven had been removed.

Pros: Fantastic location, very quiet and fantasic amenities.great price
Cons: Had no sinage so was a little difficult to find. beacause there is no front desk there was noone there to greet us. it was a little confusing. but was all sorted and had a great time .
