City Charges and Breakfast are included in the Room Price, unless it is stated otherwise in the Services Included/Excluded information.
Services Included/Not Included: Electricity, gas, linens and towels are included in the price. Free cots are available on request. Domestic animals are welcome for free upon request and subject to weight limitations. A €50,00 charge will apply in the event the following conditions are not complied with: it is forbidden to have parties or make noise in the building, to have additional guests other than the ones registered. The apartment must be in good condition at check-out, all plates and cutlery must be clean and garbage left in the bins outside. An administration and final cleaning fee of €50,00 is payable upon check-in. A €300,00 deposit will be paid from your Visa or Mastercard credit card at check-in time to cover for possible damage. The deposit shall be returned after 3 working days from check-out if applicable.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations Borne Star have to be cancelled 720 hours before Arrival Date Please take into account that the Arrival Date starts at 0.00 am (CET.).When booking you will be charged of 20% of total price of stay, this amount is not refundable. The rest of the payment (80% of total amount) is due in cash when you check in. If you cancel less then 30 days before arrival , or in case of no show, you will be charged 100%.
