I fully understand why Casa Camper got the Trip Advisor Travellers Award. Very serviceminded staff. Room (actually rooms) are very comfortable and quiot. Excellent location near a transportation hub. Free wifi. The best thing was the 24/7 snackbar. The only thing I'm missing is a swimming pool.

Short and sweet review - hotel had everything we needed, really enjoyed the feel of the place, Can't fault the trip. Super recommendation for places to eat. I would love to go back in the morning. I won't stay anywhere else in Barca.

We chose this hotel after reading the reviews and we weren't disappointed. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are well planned. It was good having a separate sitting room which looked out onto the street. The hammock was really comfy. The bedroom was on the inner side of the hotel and was very quiet. We didn't hear noise from other rooms. The bed was large and very comfortable. Our sheet was turned down and a bottle of water left each evening. Breakfast was served from 7am-11am daily(11:30am weekends). There was plenty of choice including a cooked breakfast of omlettes, eggs, bacon,tomato.From 12midday there were free snacks(salads,sandwiches,croissants, soup, fruit, cake yoghurt, crisps, muesli bars etc and soft drinks, tea and coffee) we could help ourselves to and eat them in the lounge or take them to our room.The hotel is conveniently situated just off La Rambla near Place Catalunya where you can get the metro and buses and where the Aerobus runs from to and from the airport every 10 mins.We stayed a week and would certainly return.

Stayed recently for a conference in Barcelona. Central location, just off Ramblas so can walk to everything. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful and always willing to assist. Cannot rate them highly enough for this. Makes a pleasant change from some supposed 5 star hotels and the staff that come with them. Rooms were minimalist but comfortable and everything you need, some noise issues with the split room and shared corridor but not to bothersome. The suites may be better. Liked the breakfast where you can talk to the chef and order away. Overall, the great staff make this hotel, If I was coming back to Barcelona, I'd definitely stay there again.

Pros: Very nice place, good location in amongst the locals. not sure why they offer sitting rooms etc when there is so much to do, see and experience in the neighbourhood . great place.
Cons: Nothing. it's a wonderful place staffed by very nice people. if you want to pay that price, go there, you will not be disappointed.

Pros: Very very helpful and pleasant staff at all levels. on our arrival the various facilities were outlined and the hotel's location could hardly be bettered being close to "las ramblas" and all transport links (the airport bus
is only 3 minutes walk distant at placa cataluna)
