This hotel was exceptional for it's location and the friendliness and helpfulness of all of the staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only drawback, which should be noted,is that they do not have 110 voltage and we did not have a converter to recharge our cameras and electronic books.

Pros: This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. its location is excellent, the staff are very helpful and the rooms with a terrace are a hidden jewel in the centre of a busy city.

Pros: The hotel location was excellent in that you had easy access to las ramblas and placa de la catalunya.
Cons: The room had no view other than what looked like a lift shaft that only allowed you a sky view if you strained your neck upwards.disappointing as the hotel was perfect otherwise.

Pros: Excellent location, good choice for breakfast, hotel staff very helpful.
Cons: Our bedroom had no windows we could open and was rather dark, otherwise very clean and had everything we needed.

Pros: The hotel is located in very center on madrid, old part of the city. nearby all things that you need. ramlba, restourants, shops, grand market and simply interesting places. hotel is very clean and nice. people on the reception are friendly and very helpfull. hotel is very good, plan to return there next time i come to barcelona. i paid 98 euros per one night for double room. my girlfriend, which travelled with me, shares the same positive impression about this hotel.

Pros: Perfect location for city centre. the rooms with a terrace gives a lovely space for sitting out although you do look into the courtyard over the swimming pool.
Cons: No but those expecting a private garden courtyard would be disappointed it is sunny enough but apartment balconys do surround. but it is spain and in some ways gave to the flavour of it all.

Pros: Fijn hotel, geweldige locatie, aardig personeel, ze nemen de tijd om wat voor je op te zoeken en/of uit te leggen (in het engels).
je hebt op de kamer geen last van geluiden van buiten.

Pros: The location is superb, with many of barcelona's sites & shops within walking distance. the road outside is the wide road down to the cathedral but is fully pedestrianised and so the area is relatively quiet and uncrowded. the restaurant is very good indeed, not over-priced and is in the quiet garden to the rear of the hotel. it is best to book as it is popular with many locals for functions.
Cons: The small pool in the garden is closed off during meal times
& you'll need to bring a robe as there are no changing facilities downstairs and the hotel is the kind of place to walk through in swimming gear!
