Pros: Location was very convenient.
Cons: We thought the mattresses were uncommonly hard. very uncomfortable! also pillows were uncomfortable. when we called to ask for different pillows, they just brought two more of the same.

Pros: The staff were fantastic, especially those in the restuarant. i have to say the food was fantastic value for money and the resturant staff were top class! they were professional and made us feel pampered. the quality of the food was fantastic we were shocked how affordable it was. compliments to chef and the resturant staff. location was perfect did not get any cabs.
Cons: Far too noisy, you cannot get a lie in. you can hear the cleaners at 9am so that was annoying. also they do not provide an iron - you have to pay for the service of ironing which is nonsense.

Pros: The location was fantastic, we walked nearly every where. the hotel is very clean and loved our room and bathroom.

Cons: After booking the room online, i arrived at the hotel to find that the hotel was booked. essentially, the website booked a non-existent room at the hotel. this seems a serious lapse.
