This hotel has a great location but I was very disappointed with my room. It only had a window which faced internal walls of the hotel covered with a plastic roof so when I opened it there was no fresh air or air circulation whatsoever. The room was very stuffy and the air-con unit did not work as the management did not expect hot days in March!!! I asked for a different room but the hotel was fully booked. In the morning they gave me a 50% discount and I left the hotel.

Pros: Location was the best, otherwise the hotel is more or less three stars and not four.
Cons: I missed my black pair of shoes, size 44 in my room, which i think was 309.
if they find it, can keep it tell i send somebody to collect.

Pros: Excellent location, clean rooms.
Cons: I came back one day to my room to find my door left open! obviously, the house keeping didn't close the door behind them when they left! which is really unacceptable. i go downstairs to the reception and the only answer they give me was "we can't do anything about it. you'll have to wait till the morning, till the house keeping staff are here and then we'll see". honestly i wasn't expecting anything from them but that's such an unprofessional way of dealing with a customer. thank god nothing was stolen but they should've apologized and their attitude should be better. work on your attitude!

Pros: Beautifully clean, well presented rooms. staff are exceptionally helpful and no request is too much - it's by far the best hotel i have stayed in for a city break

Pros: my husband and i had a wonderful 4 nite stay at this hotel, we only booked it the nite before and much to our delight we were upgraded free of charge on arrivel to a suite,we were always greeted by friendly staff both at reception and at breakfast,the food was good and planty of it, we only had 1 complaint and that was the drinks at the bar were very expensive..we would stay again...dublin ireland...

Pros: Excellent location and helpful staff
Cons: Could only be offer poorly located rooms for the first night, but they moved us to superior rooms for the rest of the stay. situation was handled efficiently and well.

Pros: Tasty breakfast was expensive but a good choice of everything
Cons: Bathroom ceiling had a serious water leak, known by room service but put glasses to catch water. had been leaking before but ignored. floor was dirty. handbag was stolen in reception but the hotel painter stopped the thief, manager proceeded to barate thief but did not ring for police.
